ACTIV Therapy: View detailed videos of your home ACTIVity plan on the TeamACTIV app. The TeamACTIV app helps you move beyond injury by replicating your therapy sessions with higher quality when you’re on your own. With the TeamACTIV app, it’s like your PT is right there with
you! You can practice more effectively by reviewing the corrections that will unlock performance faster. You must be an ACTIV Therapy patient to access the TeamACTIV app. ACTIV Therapy patients cannot schedule Therapy sessions on the TeamACTIV app.
